Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator (Team Lead)

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator (Team Lead) to support INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order.

Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph

• Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.

  Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Desired

  Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.
• At least 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• At least 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
• Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
• Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
