The Mission Trainer, Team Lead supports the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command Data Capabilities Division by leading the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of intelligence training that supports operational knowledge management, content management, and data capability adoption. This role is responsible for developing curriculum, overseeing training records, and supporting in-house, virtual, and mobile training delivery for military audiences across multiple U.S. locations.

Serving as the lead for training support tied to the Foundry GEN 302 course and related offerings, this position shapes course content, coordinates training execution, incorporates policy and doctrine updates, and ensures training products remain aligned with current mission requirements. Responsibilities Training Program Leadership
* Lead the planning and execution of Data Capabilities Division training support activities.

* Direct the development, maintenance, and delivery of lesson plans, presentations, curricula, and other instructional materials.

* Coordinate training schedules, site requirements, student support, and instructor activities for in-house, virtual, and mobile training events.

* Support training delivery for military audiences at Fort Belvoir and other U.S. locations.
Curriculum and Instructional Design
* Develop and refine dynamic blocks of instruction aligned with Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) standards and Army training practices.

* Build curricula that include training modules, practical exercises, scenario-based instruction, handouts, and supporting materials.

* Review emerging policy, doctrine, and mission changes and incorporate relevant updates into training products.

* Deliver briefings and classroom instruction that clearly communicate intelligence objectives, tradecraft, standards, and the use of government systems and services.
Records, Feedback, and Continuous Improvement
* Maintain training records, attendance rosters, course materials, and training databases in accordance with government requirements.

* Conduct and document student and instructor After Action Reviews (AARs).

* Track recurring feedback, knowledge gaps, and demand signals to improve future course delivery.

* Support Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) administration and other training accountability requirements as directed.
Coordination and Mission Support
* Engage with supported organizations to identify classroom, connectivity, scheduling, and operational requirements in advance of training events.

* Coordinate with government trainers and mission stakeholders to ensure course content reflects current Data Capabilities Division capabilities and operational needs.

* Support Mobile Training Team (MTT) events and other travel-based training requirements as directed.

* Translate complex technical and intelligence processes into practical, user-focused instruction for operational audiences.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of five years of experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum in accordance with TRADOC and Army standards.

* Minimum of five years of experience conducting training in the United States across multiple geographic locations.

* Demonstrated experience instructing and delivering training to military audiences.

* Bachelor’s degree with ten years of demonstrated intelligence experience in the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community within the last fifteen years, or an associate degree with twelve years of demonstrated intelligence experience.

* Current Department of Defense Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.

* Ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph.
