About the roleKaimetrix is seeking a Program Manager – Level V to provide executive-level leadership and oversight for complex, mission-critical programs. This role is responsible for strategic planning, execution, and full lifecycle program management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery of program outcomes.
What you’ll do- Provide overall responsibility for the strategic planning, execution, and management of complex and critical programs
- Develop and oversee program strategies, plans, and objectives to ensure successful mission outcomes
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of program requirements, scope, and performance objectives
- Apply advanced program management methodologies to drive execution, performance, and risk management
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across leadership, customers, and technical teams
- Drive enterprise-level process improvement initiatives to enhance program performance and efficiency
- Provide executive leadership and direction across all aspects of program delivery
- Serve as site lead, coordinating program activities and ensuring successful execution across multiple teams
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program management or related leadership roles
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- PMI or PMP
- Background investigation Tier 1 (T1) or ability to obtain and maintain
