Kaimetrix is seeking a Cable and Wiring Specialist – Level II to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of cable infrastructure in a secure, mission‑critical environment. This role is responsible for ensuring proper installation and functionality of copper and fiber optic cabling systems while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to industry standards.

• Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cables in accordance with industry standards
• Perform installation, modification, repair, and removal of cable infrastructure components
• Conduct end-to-end cable testing to verify proper functionality and performance
• Troubleshoot and repair cable infrastructure issues to restore service and maintain reliability
• Document and catalog all actions performed on cable systems to ensure accurate infrastructure records
• Read and interpret engineering diagrams for buildings and cable plant infrastructure
• Ensure cable installations and modifications align with technical requirements and standards

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cable and wiring infrastructure or related technical field
• Associate of Arts (AA), Associate of Applied Science (AAS), military training, or equivalent experience

• Background investigation Tier 1 (T1) or ability to obtain and maintain
