Position: Senior Close Access Network Operator with Security Clearance

This role focuses on close access tradecraft, integrating physical proximity with cyber exploitation to replicate advanced adversary behavior in constrained or denied environments.

* Conduct close access network operations in support of red team assessments

* Perform penetration testing and offensive cyber operations leveraging:
* Physical proximity
* Non-traditional and segmented networks
* Plan and lead technical execution as Assessment Technical Lead for assigned engagements

* Direct and mentor mid-level operators during assessment execution

* Employ advanced techniques for:
* Antivirus evasion
* Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) evasion
* Integrate close access operations with broader red team objectives

* Contribute to detailed technical reporting and post-operation debriefs
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) clearance

* 3+ years of experience conducting:
* Red team assessments
* Offensive cyber operations
* Close access or physical-proximity network operations
* Demonstrated ability to lead and direct mid-level operators

* Must meet DCART apprentice and journeyman operator requirements within prescribed timelines

* Professional Certification(s) required for this position are as follows:
Must hold an IAT Level III certification as defined and described in DoDD 8570.01, 8570.01-M, , and as amended.

* Must pass the DCART Senior Operator Aptitude Test prior to assignment

* Willingness to travel up to 15% CONUS/OCONUS
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
* 5+ years of offensive cyber, red team, or close access operations experience

* Prior DoD Cyber Red Team or corporate red team experience

* Expertise in close access tradecraft
