This role is more than just coding. As a platform develop er at Booz Allen, you'll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll make sure the solution develop ed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience designing, modifying, develop ing, writing, and implementing sof tware programming applications using agile met hods
• 2+ years of experience with automation tools, including Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, or Puppet
• Experience with Agile met hodology
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
• Knowledge of architecting and deploying applications on Amazon Web Services ( AWS ) or Micro sof t Azure
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 Security+ or CISSP Certification within 30 days of start date

Nice If You Have:

• Experience managing Git-based version control systems and continuous integration and continuous delivery ( CI / CD ) pipelines, including Git Lab and Git Hub
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code environments, including activities around the automated server or network configurations, large-scale sof tware deployments, or monitoring and testing such as CI / CD
• Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure and applications in cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform ( GCP )
• Experience with system integration using a variety of protocols, including JSON, REST, and XML
• Experience with scripting in Bash, Power Shell, Python, Groovy, or Ruby
• Experience leveraging JSON, YAML, or XML for configuration
• Secret clearance
• Agile Certification
• Dev Ops Certification
• Cloud Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
