Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to support our organization in the Ft. Belvoir, VA area.

• Responsible for engineering, building, testing, and deployment of cloud service offerings for new and existing cloud architectures.
• Develops architecture products including technical architecture, business architecture, strategic planning, and business process design.
• Participates in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development.
• Applies high-level business and technical principles and methods to difficult technical problems to arrive at creative engineering solutions.
• Adept at migrating systems to a cloud architecture from disparate platforms and utilizing a wide range of tools to implement/re-implement systems in a cloud architecture.

• Provides cloud architectural expertise to management and technical staff.
• Develops cloud architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.
• Develops cloud system strategy and infrastructure design to support the strategy.
• Advises on selection of cloud technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and application requirements.

• BS or BA degree and 10 years of experience
• Minimum of a Secret Clearance required
