US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Serve as the principal Security Specialist and Agency Antiterrorism Officer (ATO), overseeing full lifecycle planning, design, integration, and administration of the DTRA Antiterrorism Program;
Develop and implement the agency's AT policy framework including directives, manuals, plans, and RAM policies;
Conduct high-level vulnerability, threat, and criticality assessments across diverse installations and coordinate across organizational boundaries;
Draft and negotiate policy exceptions and risk-acceptance packages for the Agency Director; ensure defensive measures support the scientific mission;
Advise contracting officers and program managers on defensive contracting clauses; deliver agency-wide Antiterrorism Awareness training; coordinate RAM across directorates; conduct executive security briefings
