Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Data Engineer to join our team in support of a government customer. This role will design, implement, and manage databases and data pipelines supporting TSSC operations; ensure data integrity, availability, and security in a classified environment. This position is located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. This position is contingent upon award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $185,000 - $220,000.This salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match.

Required:

Clearance:
Top Secret with SCI eligibility and CI polygraph

8+ years in data engineering/database administration.

Design/optimize database structures and build scalable data pipelines and architectures for TSSC data.

Implement long-term data storage solutions and data models supporting analytics; ensure classified-environment data security.

Coordinate with software developers for data integration; provide technical leadership to junior data engineers.

Clearance:
Top Secret with SCI eligibility and CI polygraph

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

8+ years in data engineering/database administration.

Advancedproficiencyin Python, SQL, Java, Scala; ETL/ELTexpertise; relational + No

SQL; big-data frameworks; cloud services; data modeling/warehousing; classified-environment data security.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
