As the top-ranked Service Now solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing Service Now for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Configure the Service Now ITSM application
- Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution
- Carry out migration of the changes to production
- Assist with technical design and documentation
Here's what you need:
- 1+ year of experience with Service Now development
Bonus points if you have:
- ITSM experience
- Service Now Certified System Administrator certification
- Security+ certification
- Custom application development experience
- HRSD experience
- CMDB experience
- ITOM experience
- Bachelor's degree
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required
The pay range for this position in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $89,300 - $139,400 USD.
