This role focuses on close access tradecraft, integrating physical proximity with cyber exploitation to replicate advanced adversary behavior in constrained or denied environments.

• Conduct close access network operations in support of red team assessments.
• Perform penetration testing and offensive cyber operations leveraging physical proximity and non-traditional and segmented networks.
• Plan and lead technical execution as Assessment Technical Lead for assigned engagements.
• Direct and mentor mid-level operators during assessment execution.
• Employ advanced techniques for antivirus evasion and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) evasion.
• Integrate close access operations with broader red team objectives.
• Contribute to detailed technical reporting and post-operation debriefs.

• Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) clearance.
• 3+ years of experience conducting red team assessments, offensive cyber operations, and close access or physical-proximity network operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct mid-level operators.
• Must meet DCART apprentice and journeyman operator requirements within prescribed timelines.
• Must hold an IAT Level III certification as defined in DoDD 8570.01, 8570.01-M, , and as amended.
• Must pass the DCART Senior Operator Aptitude Test prior to assignment.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% CONUS/OCONUS.

• 5+ years of offensive cyber, red team, or close access operations experience.
• Prior DoD Cyber Red Team or corporate red team experience.
• Expertise in close access tradecraft.

U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required.
