Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management (ITSM) suite of applications.

• Configure the Service Now ITSM application
• Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution
• Carry out migration of the changes to production
• Assist with technical design and documentation

• 1+ year of experience with Service Now development
• Bonus Points if you have: ITSM experience
• Service Now Certified System Administrator certification
• Security+ certification
• Custom application development experience
• HRSD experience
• CMDB experience
• ITOM experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Security Clearance:
  Active TS/SCI clearance is required

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in select states. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below: $89,300—$139,400 USD. Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience.
