B&A is seeking a Service Now HRSD Agile Project Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Human Resources Management (HRM) Applications Information Technology (IT) Sustainment Support effort. This is an off-site position with periodic support for meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. • Salary Range
  : $135,000–$185,000

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security requirements, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Off-Site / Contractor Place of Performance

Note:

Personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other places of performance in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

• Deliver multiple Agile projects and remove blockers using appropriate Agile project management methodology.
• Define product roadmaps with the Product Owner and translate roadmaps into user stories.
• Prioritize product backlog, manage a multidisciplinary team, and support testing to ensure quality levels.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience with federal Human Resources IT systems.

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or other relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.

• Active Secret clearance, adjudicated within the last five (5) years
