Purpose of Position:

CCM Support Transportation Analyst provides a wide variety of support.

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential):
  • Updates and maintains information on the CN to LOA crosswalk until cases are closed out.
  • Updates the new case Obligations/Requisition s report (Case Trackers) for the combatant command.
  • Tracks implemented ARMY cases for all materiel that is shipped directly to Joint Consolidation Point (JCP).
  • Upon contract award and the requisition of items, monitors production timelines of all ARMY materiel in order to maintain awareness of the equipment delivery date to JCP and maintain direct communications with vendor POCs to establish availability dates are known.
  • Provide all stakeholders with a copy of the BPC Case Trackers as requested. Provides updates and ensures information is accurate on case trackers.
  • Maintain a roster of all POCs for USAI.
  • Email each Combatant Command Case Trackers at least once per month and cc the Director WFO and Program Manager.
  • Coordinates with JCP transportation personnel in the creation of Shipping Control Numbers (SCN) on the JCP Dashboard to ensure all stakeholders are aware of pending shipments. All SCNs are updated and closed out when delivery is completed.
  • Verify the cost of shipments is reasonable and inform the WFO Director of any cost issues.
  • Complete a JCP GT&E DAC Local (TAC Code) form to be approved by two Government employees and sent to the USASAC Transportation office for accounting purposes for each shipment.
  • Monitor progress of all shipments and keep the Director informed of any delays or transportation issues.
  • Notifies SCO of all inbound shipments and verifies that all storage facilities and material handling equipment is available for receiving equipment.
  • Ensure SCN and CN to LOA crosswalk and case trackers are updated with confirmed delivery information.
  • Report Deliveries to the WFO POC every Monday NLT COB of all confirmed deliveries that occurred during that week.
  • Send all delivery data to the WFO Director and cc the USASAC WFO Delivery POC for USASAC Headquarter visibility.
  • Attempt to acquire any delivery pictures from SCO for historical purposes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum/General

    Experience:

    Six years of logistical experience is required. The type of experience necessary includes six years of task-related technical experience. Experience in either logistic support planning, material fielding, or sustainment support for systems, major end items, supply, or maintenance organization required.
  • Minimum Education:

    Bachelors degree in such disciplines as Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Contract Management, Business Law, Economics, Strategic Studies, Foreign Policy, International Studies, Political Science, Liberal Arts, Education, or other related technical, or professional disciplines.
  • Functional Responsibility:
    Analysis and detailed planning and execution of logistics support including material goods, personnel, operational maintenance, and repair of systems throughout their life cycles. Conduct feasibility analysis, requirements determination, and policy standards/procedures development in support of logistics planning. Use organizational, leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills in support of demand planning, transportation support, building customer relationships, and improving customer satisfaction.
