Laborer, Maintenance​/Cleaning, General Labor

** Responsibilities*
* + Provides exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.

+ Moves and arranges heavy pieces of office and household furniture, equipment, and appliances.

+ Carefully and efficiently packs items to prevent damage while moving.

+ Breaks down and sets up furniture items based on customer needs.

+ Organizes items being moved to efficiently utilize available space while loading and unloading vehicles.

+ Individual(s) will be responsible for loading, unloading & transporting office equipment/furniture & dispositioning items to locations in the National Capital region.

** Qualifications*
* + Must be a US Citizen with ability to pass a thorough background and credit check to be able to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Public Trust security clearance.

+ Must be 18 years or older.

+ Must have no criminal history.

+ Must have access to reliable transportation.

+ Must be able to lift and carry 80 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day.

+ Must have a minimum of a HS or GED.

+ Must be able to stand, sit, reach, bend and walk for long periods of time.

+ Must be willing to work in all types of weather.

+ Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
