Sunrise Senior Living - - - Responsibilities:
Provides supervision to the food service dining team and supports the Dining Room Manager and Dining Room Director;
Schedules and assigns tasks to the dining team and uses On-Shift for scheduling;
Maintains visibility during meal periods and interacts with residents and guests;
Greets and seats residents and guests and assists with menu selections;
Ensures safe food handling, maintains cleanliness, and monitors health standards
