Responsibilities- Shape the Future of National Security Operations - Join a mission-critical team operating at the intersection of advanced technology and national security. As an ETO Specialist, you will support highly specialized operations within a fast-paced, compartmented environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to some of the nation's most sensitive and consequential missions work that directly supports U.S. government and DoD objectives at the highest levels.
- Support day-to-day operations within a specialized, compartmented mission environment.
- Apply trained and certified operational skills to execute assigned mission tasks with precision and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operators, analysts, and government leadership to ensure mission continuity and effectiveness.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols, handling procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Support process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and mission responsiveness.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and senior personnel to elevate issues and relay mission-relevant information in a timely manner.
- Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 4 years with PhD.
- Trained, certified, and cleared for ETO operations.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated polygraph.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a specialized operational environment.
- Prior experience supporting national security, intelligence community, or DoD missions in a compartmented setting.
- Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and ability to operate under pressure.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive operational environments.
The work performed by our ETO Specialist directly supports the security and effectiveness of critical national missions. While the specifics of this role are sensitive in nature, the impact is real and significant. Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
