Duties
Oversees projects and is delegated full authority to make decisions on behalf of the director.

Facilitates, organizes, and simultaneously leads multiple study teams of subject matter experts.
Directs courses of action to accomplish the mission in the area of budget, logistics and security.
Examines the operation on a continual basis and evaluates the overall effectiveness of various program efforts.
