USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Serve as the principal Security Specialist and Agency Antiterrorism Officer (ATO) for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency;
Plan, design, integrate, and administer the agency's comprehensive Antiterrorism program;
Author the DTRA AT Directive, AT Manual, AT Plan, Occupant Emergency Plan, RAM Policy and RAM SOP;
Conduct complex, risk-based vulnerability, threat, and criticality assessments across installations;
Negotiate shared defensive responsibilities across organizational boundaries and advise on defensive clauses for contracts;
Deliver mandatory Antiterrorism Awareness training and coordinate RAMs across directorates;
Provide executive-level security briefings to senior leadership and external law enforcement
