Red Team Software Developer

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mid-Level and Senior Red Team Software Developers to join our team. We are a rapidly growing Agile squad focused on developing advanced penetration testing capabilities for national critical systems.

• Develop penetration testing / red team operations capabilities, including reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development.
• Quickly craft new scripts and capabilities to directly support active red team operations, ensuring they have the necessary tools for mission success.
• Collaborate closely with the expert operations team to design and develop long‑term capabilities aligned with mission objectives.
• Leverage Command‑and‑Control tools such as Cobalt Strike to deliver integrated capabilities and maximize operator effectiveness.

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Must pass the Red Team Developer Aptitude test before onboarding.
• Willingness to travel 15% of the time to OCONUS locations.

• 5+ years combined education/experience in software development, systems engineering, or cyber operations.
• 1+ years of experience with C/C++/C# software development, including expertise in offensive cyber operations capability development for Windows.

• 10+ years combined education/experience in software development, systems engineering, or cyber operations.
• 3+ years of experience with C/C++/C# software development, including expertise in offensive cyber operations capability development for Windows.

• Current TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD)
• Experience with Command and Control frameworks/capabilities, especially Cobalt Strike.
• Experience with advanced red team/offensive cyber operations techniques such as AV evasion and ASLR mitigation.

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
