Job DescriptionCape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Software Developer to join our team in support of a government customer. This role will Design, develop, andmaintaincustom software applications supporting TSSC operations and analysis. This position is contingent upon award.
The salary range ($185,000 - $220,000).
The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match. Develop TSSC analysis tools and implement signal-processing algorithms; integrate with existing Government systems.
Write clean, documented, secure code; lead code reviews; contribute to architecture and technical roadmap.
Manage the SDLC for TSSC applications; coordinate with front-end/back-end teams and the data engineering team; mentor junior developers.

Job RequirementsClearance:
Top Secret with SCI Eligibility and CI Polygraph
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
8+ years in software development, with at least 3 yearsina leadership role.

- Microservices/distributed systems;
- Performance tuning;
- Open-source contributions
- Advanced cloud certifications.
