Chase - 120 East Alder Street - Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic with a tablet;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations including cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while adhering to policies
