CACT has an opportunity for Senior Full Spectrum GEOINT Analysts who want to apply their talents in support of the US Special Operations Command. The role requires operational and technical experience in applying geospatial practices to real‑world operations, and you will be part of a professional team directly involved in operational planning to support mission success. The position is located in Ft.
Bragg, NC.
You will perform complex imagery analysis and imagery‑derived MASINT analysis, communicate analytical assessments clearly and succinctly, and present analysis products in operational environments. Your technical expertise will be utilized in Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of remotely sensed data, including HSI/MSI, thermal/infrared, electro‑optical imagery, SAR, and LiDAR. You will work in dynamic, fast‑paced environments that require both team interaction and independent effort, and you will interface with internal and external leadership.
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Full Spectrum GEOINT Analyst will fuse multi‑disciplinary intelligence sources to provide accurate and timely foreground‑to‑back imagery‑based analysis for multiple geographically dispersed DoD organizations. You will serve as the imagery intelligence interface to the operational elements, ensuring that the commander’s goals are achieved through synchronization of the imagery enterprise. Your tasks will include providing critical recommendations to decision makers, completing the full spectrum of the problem set using advanced imagery capabilities, and continuously expanding knowledge of operational application of imagery practices across disciplines.
QualificationsRequired:
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Perform and conduct quality control of advanced‑level imagery and imagery‑derived MASINT analysis and processing using geospatial/imagery applications and related automation in support of Special Operations missions.
- Six (6) years of progressive experience with operational and tactical level intelligence, performing PED of remotely sensed data (HSI/MSI, thermal/infrared, electro‑optical, SAR, and LiDAR), with experience in targeting, collection, and sensor phenomenology.
- Demonstrated experience implementing emerging FSG processes and technologies to fuse multiple discipline datasets for Special Operations missions.
- Research, train, document, and implement emerging FSG processes and technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of geospatial and intelligence data management within OGC‑compliant applications and databases.
- Superior knowledge of collection processes and management, capable of building a collection plan against a defined problem set.
- Ability to provide training on FSG data and techniques to non‑FSG analysts; develop curriculum and training aids.
Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Remote Sensing, Imaging Science, Applied Mathematics, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of how FSG techniques support the F3EA targeting cycle.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, R, or SAS.
- Expert knowledge of sensor phenomenology and its application to tactical intelligence problems.
- Expert knowledge across multiple FSG disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of geospatial and terrain analysis and cartography.
This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions within CACI.
Pay Range$65,000 – $136,500 (dependent on factors such as location, contract category, experience, skills, and education).
