Operations Analyst Technician

Job Overview

An Operations Analyst Technician will provide analytical support for force protection and identity data management missions at Fayetteville, NC. The role involves collecting, evaluating, and reporting on data from a variety of sources to support the customer’s operations.

• Conduct industry analysis using social media, internet, and commercial/open‑source databases.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate data related to operations, organizations, and protection efforts.
• Identify communication links and networks, perform link analysis, and recommend mitigation to address vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate and collaborate with partner disciplines to produce reliable analytical products.
• Maintain an active understanding of relevant technologies and services, incorporating emerging tools as needed.
• Assist in preparing assessments of current threats and trends based on intelligence data.
• Work independently to meet short deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to global plan development.
• Develop and maintain analytical procedures to support changing operational requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and participate in special projects.

• Associate degree (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of related experience (military or civilian).
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data providers, analytics, operational risk assessment, and threat mitigation.
• Knowledge of identity data, cyber operations, and related legal implications.
• Military experience, especially in special operations, is preferred.
