Responsibilities- Continuous patient assessment
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Ventilator management and weaning collaborations
- Vasoactive and antibiotic stewardship
- Frequent bedside rounds
- ECLS/rapid response engagement (where applicable)
- Expert family communication during critically challenging times
- Opportunities to expand proficiency with specialized procedures, documentation accuracy, and adherence to evolving infection‑control standards
Competitive weekly pay band of $1,813 to $1,959. Flexibility in assignments measured in weeks and strong emphasis on extending contracts for continued professional growth.
Housing assistance or stipends designed to ease relocation, a sign‑on or completion bonus where applicable, and the option to extend your stay into subsequent contracts to deepen your ICU experience.
