Highlights:
General acute care setting with balanced medical/surgical patient mix (no more than 65% medical or 65% surgical)
Opportunity to deliver coordinated nursing care using the full nursing process
Supervisory role with responsibility for directing and mentoring nursing staff at various levels
Interdisciplinary collaboration with other care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in daily practice
Requirements:
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS certification (additional certifications may be required)
Experience in acute care medical/surgical nursing
Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
