Previous nursing experience in acute care
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines using critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.
Compliance / Notes :
- Orientation may be required.
- Background checks and drug screens may be performed.
- Adhere to dress code requirements.
