Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients in an outpatient setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of oncology principles, excellent clinical skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

- Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and complications.
- Provide patient education and support regarding treatment plans, side effects, and self-care strategies.
- Assess and manage pain and other symptoms.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control practices.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in oncology nursing.
- Must have recent experience (within the last 3 months) in the submitted unit specialty.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification.
- Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and other medications.
- Knowledge of oncology principles and treatment modalities.
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record documentation.
