Adventist Health Mendocino Coast is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN to provide coordinated nursing care for medical and surgical patients in a 25-bed critical access hospital. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
RequirementsMinimum acute care nursing experience preferred
Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to care for both medical and surgical patient populations
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Required CredentialsGraduate of an accredited Nursing Program
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
BLS Certification
ACL S Certification
