Pay Rate: $54 – $56/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,944 – $2,016/week
Job SummaryAdventist Health Mendocino Coast is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN to provide coordinated nursing care for medical and surgical patients in a 25-bed critical access hospital. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements- Minimum acute care nursing experience preferred
- Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to care for both medical and surgical patient populations
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Active California RN License
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital
- Mixed Medical-Surgical Patient Population
- General Acute Care Unit
- EMR:
