Schedule/Hours:
- Shifts vary; flexibility and adaptability required to meet department needs
- Active RN license, eligible for practice in California
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an acute Operating Room setting
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS and additional surgical certifications preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and effective communication skills
- Confidence operating within fast-paced environments and adapting to change
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
- Scrub and circulate for a range of surgical procedures following best practices and sterile technique
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members for optimal outcomes
- Accurately document interventions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in staff meetings, compliance programs, and continuing education initiatives
