Emergency Room (ER) Nursing in a coastal region offers an exciting opportunity to provide critical care in a scenic and tranquil setting. • Schedule:
  
  Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice;
  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor;
  Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor;
  Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor; S.T.A.B.L.E Certification (STABLE).
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Additional Information:
  The role involves collecting pertinent patient data, analyzing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating multidisciplinary care teams. Responsibilities include discharge planning, patient and family education, and ensuring a safe, healing environment. The position requires adherence to organizational safety protocols, including all required vaccinations.
