Operations Analyst Technician

Overview

Operations Analyst Technician at ARMA Global (a fully owned subsidiary of GDIT) supports a critical mission on Fayetteville, NC. You will gather, analyze, and evaluate data to aid force protection and identity data management, providing actionable insights to partners and decision makers.

• Generate due‑diligence packets and conduct profile maintenance.
• Perform information monitoring and analysis of consumer data portfolios, public records, business/credit and Internet research.
• Conduct industry analysis using social media, Internet, commercial and open‑source databases to create analytical products.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate operational and organizational data to support force protection and identity data management efforts.
• Recommend mitigation strategies for identified vulnerabilities and risks.
• Identify communication links and associated networks, conduct link analysis, and provide recommendations for future technical collection and targeting.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce thorough, reliable products.
• Maintain an active understanding of relevant technologies and services, including emerging tools and procedures.
• Support additional duties beyond the prescribed functions through integration and training.
• Assist in preparing assessments of current threats and trends based on intelligence research.
• Participate in special projects, develop and maintain analytical procedures, and perform additional assigned duties.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment, meet short deadlines, and coordinate participation in the development of global plans.

• Education:
  
  Associate degree.
• Experience:
  
  4+ years of related experience (military or civilian). Experience at a command or DoW agency preferred.
• Technical skills:
  Microsoft Office. Optional skills include commercial or military aviation experience, commercial maritime experience, and commercial finance and banking experience.
• Security clearance:
  Active TS/SCI clearance; must possess or be able to obtain an active TS/SCI clearance and any required Public Trust/Other clearance.
• Citizenship: US citizenship required.

  On‑site at Fayetteville, NC (Ft Bragg, NC).
• Salary range: $68,000–$92,000.
