Position OverviewD2 Government Solutions is seeking Customer Service Window Specialists / Verifying Officials to support Services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This role provides front-line customer screening, check-in, and eligibility support for individuals seeking CAC and USID card services.
Key Responsibilities- Staff customer service windows supporting service operations.
- Review customer documentation for completeness before processing.
- Assist eligible recipients with service questions and process flow.
- Maintain professional, courteous service in a high-volume military environment.
- Coordinate with RAPIDS Verifying Officials, Security Site Managers, and supervisors as required.
- Protect PII and sensitive customer information.
- Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities of a RAPIDS Verifying Official.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive PII and Privacy Act information appropriately.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI.
