Pro Sidian, a Management and Operations Consulting Services firm, invites a Business Writing Training Course Instructor to support Army Reserve civilian leadership development. The position is a contract contingent or W-2 with potential to convert to a full‑time role. It focuses on delivering business writing learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance across the Southeast and U.S. East Coast region.
Responsibilities- Develop lesson plans and facilitate classroom and virtual instruction.
- Conduct assessments, provide coaching and feedback, and support curriculum updates driven by learner survey data.
- Deliver 1‑day instructor‑led training sessions (ILT) and virtual engagements.
- Integrate LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, and performance‑based learning methodologies.
- 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or workforce development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certification preferred.
- Experience in the DOD/Military sector, preferably with US Army Reserve Command.
- Strong knowledge of business writing mechanics, business correspondence, document organization, and editing.
- Facilitation, adult learning theory, curriculum design, virtual instruction, assessment.
- Leadership, collaboration, problem‑solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat; data analytics tools and Visio beneficial.
- Work site:
Fort Bragg, NC (Hybrid – on/off client site and virtual delivery). - Position may require NACI eligibility for U.S. Army Reserve civilian leadership program sponsorship.
