Seeking Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for Military Language Training candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ARMY. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Language and Culture Services Support (Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for Military Language Training) in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Department of Army (Army) | Mission & Installation Contacting Command

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Develop and implement ISD models to create military language curricula.
• Work with SMEs to align curricula with ILR standards.
• Evaluate and update materials based on feedback and program needs.

• Expertise in instructional systems design, especially in military language training.

Education / Experience Requirements /

Qualifications:

• Master's in Instructional Systems Design or related field.
• 5+ years in ISD, with military language training preferred
