Performance Management Training Course Instructor

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide facilitation of performance management training for U.S. Army Reserve Command and related clients. Deliver classroom and virtual instruction, develop lesson plans, conduct assessments, provide coaching, and support curriculum improvement.

• Develop lesson plans and course materials for performance management training.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Conduct assessments, provide coaching and feedback to participants.
• Support curriculum updates and implement survey‑driven improvements.
• Integrate LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, and interactive exercises.
• Provide 1‑day instructor‑led training (ILT) or virtual engagements.

• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, or workforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of performance planning, SMART objectives, performance evaluation, coaching, and employee development.
• Strong facilitation, adult learning, communication, and curriculum delivery skills.
• Ability to teach both in‑person and virtual formats.
• Experience with LMS platforms and audio/visual technology.
