We seek Performance Management Training Course Instructor candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Performance Management Training

This role focuses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) ', located in Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual.
Delivering performance management learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.
The Performance Management Training program equips leaders and employees with the knowledge and practical tools required to establish clear expectations, align performance with mission objectives, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Participants learn how to develop measurable goals, provide meaningful feedback, evaluate results, and support employee growth through structured performance management processes. Through coaching, facilitated discussions, practical exercises, and real-world case studies, participants strengthen their ability to drive workforce effectiveness, improve engagement, and achieve organizational outcomes.
