No Overtime Pay Basis Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual in The Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) Across The Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region supporting a Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment.
The Team Building Training Course Instructor is aligned with GSA Labor Category:
Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II.
We seek Team Building Training Course Instructor candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Team Building Training

This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) ', located in Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual.
Delivering team-building learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.
The Team Building Training program is designed to strengthen collaboration, trust, communication, and collective performance within teams operating in complex organizational environments. Participants learn practical methods to leverage individual strengths, foster accountability, enhance workplace relationships, and build cohesive teams that support mission accomplishment. Through facilitated exercises, team assessments, collaborative problem-solving activities, and experiential learning, participants gain strategies for creating resilient, engaged, and high-performing teams that adapt to changing organizational demands.
Learning Objectives:
Develop skills to build trust, improve communication, strengthen collaboration, foster accountability, enhance team cohesion, leverage individual strengths, improve conflict resolution, and increase organizational effectiveness by building high-performing teams.
Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.
Desired Qualifications For Team Building Training Course Instructor Candidates:
- 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.
