No Overtime Pay Basis Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual in The Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Deli Contract Contingent, generally located across the Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) Across The Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region supporting a Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment.
This role shall be principally focussed on Civilian Training Services Leading Change Training for DOD/Military | Aerospace, Defense And Military

The Leading Change Training program prepares leaders and professionals to successfully guide organizations, teams, and individuals through periods of transition, transformation, and continuous improvement. Participants learn practical approaches for communicating vision, managing resistance, building stakeholder commitment, and sustaining momentum throughout change initiatives. Through applied exercises, change simulations, coaching discussions, and leadership development activities, participants strengthen their ability to lead change with confidence, resilience, and strategic focus.
