Functional Area

in the DOD/Military Industry Sector and supports the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Civilian Training Services located in the Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC) and across the U.S. East Coast Region. The instructor will develop and deliver conflict management learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.

• Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey‑driven improvements.

• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.
• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.

• Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
• Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.

• Integrates LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance‑based learning methodologies.
• Provides 1‑Day Instructor‑Led Training (ILT) or virtual engagements as a Senior Subject Matter Expert aligned with NAICS: 611430.
• Conflict resolution expertise required (negotiation, mediation, emotional intelligence, difficult conversations, and role‑play facilitation).

• NACI eligibility required; supports USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program; in‑person and virtual delivery.
