Provides training mission activities by delivering Exploitation Analysis Center instruction in a manner that ensures effective understanding and application of skills taught. Develops, review, and refine lesson plans in accordance with the program. Evaluates and assesses student baseline understanding of tasks. Delivers instruction in classroom and scenario settings. Performs ongoing evaluation of student knowledge and skills and provide verbal feedback as well as written evaluations.

• Reviews, refines, updates if necessary, and comment on lesson plans.
• Writes personal lesson outlines in support of existing Programs of Instruction and lesson plans.
• Designs and develops training materials in support of lesson plans, POI guidelines.
• Develops realistic training scenarios to replicate real-world operations.
• Plans, develops, and implements training courses in support of POI.
• Transports, sets up, tears down, and resets training equipment as required.
• Develops and implements evaluation tools, and perform assessment of participation learning.
• Conducts performance assessments and provides constructive feedback to enhance course quality and learning outcomes.
• Trains in colorimetric, Ion Mobility Spectroscopy (IMS), Raman Spectroscopy, and Fourier-transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR).
• Teaches advanced elemental analysis for organic and inorganic material, including Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectroscopy (GCMS).
• Instructs in bulk and trace drug and explosive collection and analysis.
• Trains in identification and collection of chemical and biological material.
• Teaches CEM triage, EAC management, and casework management.
• Provides training in DNA collection, processing, and use of Rapid DNA technologies/equipment (e.g., ANDE, Rapid Hit).

Positions under National Forensic Science Technology Center will require Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and 5 years of experience in related field; OR nine (9) years of relevant training and/or military experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and/or military experience.

Experience in analytical chemistry within laboratory and field settings, including sample collection, processing and analysis.
