Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Task Area Lead – Integration Test Engineer SME to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, NC.
Responsibilities:
As a Task Area Lead – Task 5 - Integration Test Engineer SME, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead enterprise level integration testing strategies across complex mission critical environments.
- Ensure interoperability and compliance across C2
ISR infrastructures and mission specific frameworks. - Develop enterprise testing architectures and integrate them into program management frameworks.
- Provide executive level reporting and recommendations to align integration testing strategies with organizational objectives.
- Mentor integration test engineers, fostering innovation and excellence in testing practices.
- Evaluate and implement emerging testing technologies to enhance mission effectiveness.
- Drive integration of testing into enterprise IT systems, service delivery frameworks, and transition plans.
- Ensure continual improvement through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and test automation.
- Utilize the following Role Specific Tools:
Jira;
Service Now;
Bugzilla;
Microsoft Word;
Excel;
SharePoint;
Confluence; defect tracking databases. - Leads Task 5 transition activities, supporting the Program Manager and Transition Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring Knowledge Transfer (KT) during transition in accordance with the Peraton Transition Methodology (PTM): supports task planning by reporting on project schedules and deliverables; updates the Transition Performance Dashboard (TPD) for AAS and USSOCOM review; manages, coordinates, and facilitates the start‑up and transition schedule in coordination with the Transition Manager;
monitors individual project schedules and provides updates to the IMS; and reports status, progress, forecasts, and risks/issues to critical path to the Transition Manager.
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Task Lead - Integration Test Engineer or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience with BS/BA, OR 16 years without a degree OR 14 years with AS/AA or 10 years’ experience with MS/MA, or 7 years’ experience with PhD.
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level.
- US citizenship is required.
- DOD 8140 Compliance based on functional role for WRC: 671 System Testing and Evaluation Specialist, Advanced Level / ability to obtain.
Desired
Qualifications:
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.

- On‑site expectations:
Full‑time on‑site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking.
- Travel:
May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments.
