Duties
- Demonstrates and sells merchandise directly to customers when technical knowledge of the product is required. Decorates display areas; develops proposals for displaying merchandise including materials.
- Plans and conducts recurring patron activities such as bingo tournaments, and related activities. Assists patrons in the use of the facilities.
- Provides safety instruction and demonstrates use of the equipment used for the gaming environment. Circulates among patrons and receives and resolves customer complaints.
- Teaches and plans related functions (e.g. bingo games (paper, small games), computer bingo, etc).
- Verifies the bingo winners by computer input and/or review of paper cards.
Conditions of employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.
2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation. - Irregular work hours may involve weekend, weekdays, split shift, holidays and night duty.
- Flexible work hours; scheduled 0-40 hours per week based on the need of the activity.

A Qualified Candidate Must Possess The Following- Six (6) months to two (2) years work experience with bingo gaming equipment and programs as related to the duties described above.
- Work experience in a customer service focused environment.

- This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
