DutiesUnder the direction of the IMCOM, G-9 IMCOM Directorate () Director, the incumbent is responsible for oversight and implementation of Garrison Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Programs. Provides program support through direct interface with the RD, IMCOM Directorate Installation Support (RIST) Teams, IMCOM G-9, and other .
Serves as the functional subject matter expert, representative, and advisor to leadership within the organization. Conducts review and analysis of assigned Garrison performance in relation to meeting goals, objectives, tasks, standards, and targets of the IMCOM functional program. Monitors issues and corrective actions, develops effective approaches for program improvement, and recommends solutions to resolve deficiencies. Ensures proper resources are energized to optimize program performance within assigned areas.
Coordinates and synchronizes the accomplishment of major Garrison projects and requirements; promotes policies, plans, products, and analyses which directly shape and improve IMCOM, Region, and Garrison operations. Advises the and IMCOM G-9 staff on the need for policy guidance, direction, or emphasis of programs for effective and efficient FMWR installation management support to Garrison Commanders and senior leaders.
Addresses topics including prioritization of G-9 requirements, allocation of resources, mobilization and deployment, Army Facility Strategy, and HODA and MACOM stationing plans.
Serves as a conduit between RIST, the , IMCOM G-9, and the Garrisons to facilitate communications vital to IMCOM support of Garrison mission readiness and execution requirements. Directs requesters, inquiries, reports, requests data, assistance, and/or any other communications to appropriate organizations or personnel to ensure action is taken in a timely and accurate manner.
Presents findings, results, and recommendations to RD and IMCOM leaders through briefings and other formal presentations. Participates and/or leads workshops and meetings to promote a better understanding within the IMCOM staff of the roles, missions, and services provided to Garrisons and its customers.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position to include a T3.
- Satisfactory completion of employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- One year probationary period may be required.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13.i., to include a Tier 3 investigation or higher based on the Position Designation Tool.
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
- This position is emergency-essential (E-E). In the event of a crisis situation, the incumbent, or designated alternate, must continue to perform the E-E duties until relieved by proper authority.

Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.
Progressive experience performing duties related to those described above. This experience must include one year equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level to include:
