* The Opportunity:

As a CACI-Sensitive Activities Planner , you will serve as a member of a threat analysis operational planning team supporting TF 40-25, US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) / US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), the Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCS), and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will provide support to targeting, planning and policy development for complex projects.

Responsible for providing joint and Army planning methodologies, All Source analysis, target development and assessments in support of national programs supporting Special Operations Forces. Conduct Sensitive Activities planning to contribute to the development of new solutions, processes and standards while communicating with parties external to your organization, the interagency and its community of interest (COI). As needed, represents TF 40-25 to integrate intelligence with Joint SOF and Interagency staff.

Develops and presents briefings to senior leaders, General Officers, and Distinguished Visitors on the TF 40-25 mission and global topics of operational interest. Represents the command to Joint, Interagency, and Intelligence Community partners. Develops and maintains partnerships to encourage planning and analytic collaboration and exchange of best practices and lessons learned. Fuses information from multiple analytic teams to identify US SOF operational opportunities for transregional effects.

Responsibilities:
Other duties include but are not limited to:
* Serves as an embedded Sensitive Activities Planner.
* Develop detailed threat analysis and assessments against a range of national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.
* Incorporate multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in target development of various threats and actors globally.
* Leverage and deliver the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable SA options to inform decision-makers.
* Employ Joint and Army planning methodologies to deliver SOF and IA/IC SA opportunities and solutions against adversaries globally.
* Teach, coach, and mentor supported SOF unit personnel to master these activities.
* Responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely planning outputs, target development and assessments and you will coordinate and integrate all pertinent input and data from analysts supporting the project.
* Mentor junior analysts and planners to refine their analytic tradecraft and provide operationally relevant insight to operational and intelligence consumers.
* Implement systems and processes to manage production workflow of multiple combined government-contractor teams.
* Advise command leadership on solutions to emerging capability requirements.
* Identifies opportunities to modernize ARSOF SA and Irregular Warfare capabilities and facilitate the implementation of approved solutions.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

* A bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, an associate degree and 15 years of experience, or 20 years of relevant work experience.

* Minimum of three years' experience in Sensitive Activities and Military operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.

* Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong attention to detail. Desired:
* Experience supporting USASOC, USSOCOM, or Joint SOF organizations.

* Experience conducting Sensitive Activities planning supporting Theater Special Operations Commands.…
