Job Description: Responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. Interface with the government to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.
QualificationsThe OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst Expert shall possess the following capabilities:
- Proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
- Proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).
- Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
- Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of six (6) year's total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the government.
- Minimum of two (2) year of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred.
- Superior verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS 13 level or above.
