Identity and Access Management Engineer

The opportunity:

In a Zero Trust world where identity is the new perimeter, you will play a critical role in ensuring no user, device, or workload is implicitly trusted. As a specialist you will help clients protect their missions without disruption by designing, deploying, and supporting IAM systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for accessing valuable assets.

Responsibilities
  • Support large‑scale IAM projects for clients.
  • Work with stakeholders and engineering teams to understand processes and user roles.
  • Analyze the identity lifecycle, articulate access requirements, and define enterprise identity records.
  • Design, deploy, and support systems ranging from single sign‑on to privileged access management.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering IAM systems.
  • 5+ years delivering large‑scale access management solutions.
  • Knowledge of emerging authentication, authorization, and privilege access management technologies and protocols.
  • TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Security+ certification.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management platforms such as IBM Verify or Microsoft Entra .
  • Experience in software development and agile delivery.
  • Experience presenting technical briefs to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Directory architecture.
  • Knowledge of various Access Control Frameworks, including NIST 800‑63.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation

Salary range: $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by location, education, skills, and experience.
