As a Zero Trust Business Analyst at Booz Allen, you will bridge enterprise and cybersecurity by mapping end-to-end processes, analyzing dependencies across Zero Trust pillars, and ensuring secure, mission-aligned decisions.

• Map and document end-to-end business processes and mission workflows.
• Analyze dependencies across Zero Trust pillars (authentication, authorization, continuous verification).
• Monitor progress of Zero Trust work streams, coordinating with engineering and cyber teams.
• Capture requirements, risks, and decisions in dashboards and status reports.
• Review SOPs, architecture diagrams, test plans, and client deliverables to identify gaps.
• Validate user journeys and operational workflows against Zero Trust requirements.
• Translate insights into actionable modernization steps for clients.

• 2+ years experience analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, or mission operations.
• 2+ years experience engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and support decision-making.
• Experience maintaining standardized documentation across teams.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience working with engineers, cybersecurity teams, or IT developers on process improvement.
• Experience supporting Zero Trust or cybersecurity modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting Department of War missions.
• Proficiency with project and requirements‑tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Service Now.
• Master’s degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
