Business Analyst Lead
In a Zero Trust world, every business process is critical to mission success. As a Zero Trust Business Analyst at Booz Allen, you will bridge enterprise and cybersecurity by mapping end-to-end processes, analyzing dependencies across Zero Trust pillars, and ensuring secure, mission-aligned decisions.
Responsibilities- Map and document end-to-end business processes and mission workflows.
- Analyze dependencies across Zero Trust pillars (authentication, authorization, continuous verification).
- Monitor progress of Zero Trust work streams, coordinating with engineering and cyber teams.
- Capture requirements, risks, and decisions in dashboards and status reports.
- Review SOPs, architecture diagrams, test plans, and client deliverables to identify gaps.
- Validate user journeys and operational workflows against Zero Trust requirements.
- Translate insights into actionable modernization steps for clients.
- 2+ years experience analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, or mission operations.
- 2+ years experience engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and support decision-making.
- Experience maintaining standardized documentation across teams.
- TS/SCI clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working with engineers, cybersecurity teams, or IT developers on process improvement.
- Experience supporting Zero Trust or cybersecurity modernization initiatives.
- Experience supporting Department of War missions.
- Proficiency with project and requirements‑tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Service Now.
- Master’s degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Employees not meeting this threshold are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
