Occam Solutions is seeking a Senior Service Desk Technician at Ft Bragg to resolve hardware, software, network and application issues for a 70,000+ user enterprise. You will handle Windows 10/8/7, MS Office, email, and peripherals while maintaining a professional, customer-focused image.
You will provide VIP support to USSOCOM executives and staff, document incidents in Remedy, and mentor junior technicians. DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification and Secret clearance are required.
